How do I gain access to the building?
Once you’ve booked a court through the Playtomic app, you’ll receive an access code in the app. Simply enter this code on the keypad at the entrance to gain access to the facility.
How do I book a court?
All bookings are made through the Playtomic app. Just click the Playtomic link on our website, which will take you directly to our booking page where you can reserve a court in seconds.
When are you open?
We’re open 7 days a week, from 6:00am to 11:00pm.
Do I have to pay for parking?
No. We have 24 dedicated parking spaces available on-site, completely free of charge for our customers.
What kind of properties are you seeking?
Warehouses or industrial units in the UK, 15,000–30,000 sq ft, 7m+ clear height, good access, ideally in urban or suburban areas.
What makes Padel Xero different?
Padel Xero is more than just a padel club. Our aim is to create a welcoming social hub where people can play, train, meet new friends and become part of a thriving local community, all within high-quality covered facilities that can be enjoyed year-round.
I've never played before. Can I still book?
Definitely. Padel is one of the easiest sports to learn and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Many of our players are complete beginners when they first step onto court, and our coaching team can help you get started.
Do you pay for fit out and change of use?
Yes, Padel Xero covers all costs and manages the entire process.
Are drinks available on site?
Yes. We have fully stocked vending machines offering a range of cold drinks and snacks, available throughout our opening hours.
Do you offer coaching and tuition?
Absolutely. We offer coaching sessions for all ages and abilities, including:
- Beginner coaching
- Intermediate coaching
- Advanced coaching
- One-to-one lessons
- Group coaching sessions
Whether you’re picking up a racket for the first time or looking to take your game to the next level, we’ve got you covered.
Can I hire a racket?
Yes. Our on-site vending machines offer racket hire 24 hours a day, allowing you to turn up and play even if you don’t have your own equipment.
Do you have showers and toilets?
Yes. We have modern changing facilities, showers and toilets on site, making it easy to freshen up before work, after work or following an intense match.
Do you have a waiting area?
Yes. We’ve created comfortable chill-out and social areas where you can relax before your game, catch up with friends after your session, or simply enjoy the atmosphere around the club.
What should I bring?
Just bring suitable sports clothing, trainers and plenty of energy! If you don’t have a racket, you can hire one on-site, and balls can be purchased from our vending machines.
How do I register my property?

How long are your leases?
We offer secure, long-term leases—typically 10–15 years—tailored to each property.
